Today, Murray Elementary’s 5th graders rolled up their sleeves and got to work for our Annual Earth Day Clean-Up! With gloves on and trash bags in hand, our students helped make a difference—right in their own community.
A big thank you to Evelyn Nunez and the City of Hobbs Code Enforcement team for joining us and giving an awesome presentation on the importance of keeping Hobbs clean, safe, and beautiful. Their message really hit home: when we all do our part, our city shines brighter.
We’re so proud of our students for showing pride in their community and learning the value of environmental responsibility. Way to go, Murray 5th grade!
